The photos make me all teary. How I miss Grandpa and how I wish I could see you, Grandma!
Last night, Kirstine and Emily played in the all-city band concert - you would have been so proud. Emily played trumpet in the 8th grade band, even though she's a 7th grader. Kirstine played oboe, first chair, and had five solos. She said it was a little exhausting, especially because the last piece was an arrangement of Greek dances with a lot of oboe parts.
